TPA Poland provided advice for the purchase of Złota 44 in Warsaw

The German investment fund Catella Wohnen Europa purchased 72 apartments in the building at Złota 44 in Warsaw. Thus, it became the owner of apartments on 9 floors of the high-rise building located in the very centre of the capital.

We are glad that we could take part in a transaction so important for the real estate market yet again. It should also be emphasised that this transaction fits the trend shaping the new sector of real estate for rent. Investments of this type prove that Polish real estate market is in an excellent form and attracts further investors from abroad.
