A German investment fund, Warburg-HIH Invest Investments, yet again decided to invest its money in Polish real estate. The most recent of the transactions covered an office building in Krakow. The team of TPA Poland’s Experts provided advice for this transaction.
The office building which was the subject of the transaction is located at Aleja Pokoju 5 in Krakow. It is the city’s business centre. The building was built in 2016. It has 9 floors and 13,700 sq. m. of office space in total. The facility also received the BREEAM certificate at the “very good” level.
The real property was sold to the German fund by the Buma Group.
