One of the largest investment firms in Germany – HANSAINVEST –decided to invest funds in Poland. They chose an office building in the centre of Warsaw, located near Rondo ONZ – Atrium 2. TPA Poland’s experts provided advice for the investment valued at EUR 88 million.
This is the first investment of HANSAINVEST Hanseatische Investment in Poland, although its bosses are counting on more because they believe our market to be a prospective one. The office building was constructed by Skanska. The developer also developed the space around the round the building, street furniture, green square, as well as a colourful, large-format mural “Sustainable city”.
The total rental area of Atrium 2 is 20,000 sq.m., the building is composed of 15 floors above the ground and four underground levels. The office building offers 126 parking spaces and 40 spaces for bicycles. The project will be certified in the LEED system at the highest platinum level. The author of the Atrium 2 project is the Warsaw architectural studio PRC Architekci, Skanska Property Poland is responsible for the commercialisation.
It is not surprising that HANSAINVEST Hanseatische Investment-GmbH rates the Polish real estate market highly and looks for further investments. The real estate sector in our country has been recording dynamic growth and all forecasts are indicating that it is going to stay this way. Poland has huge potential that has not been utilised yet. We are pleased with the trust that HANSAINVEST has shown to us, this is another investor from the real estate sector who we have helped enter the Polish market.
