Warburg-HIH Invest Investments bought the Pegaz office building in Wrocław on behalf of an individual fund for an institutional investor. The seller was the Austrian developer UBM Development AG. The parties decided not to disclose the transaction price. Experts from TPA Poland provided advice for the transaction.
The office building is located at 3 Kazimierza Wielkiego Street, has the gross leasable area of 20,900 square metres and 390 parking spaces. It was built in 2016.
The company managing Warburg-HIH Invest Real Estate (Warburg-HIH Invest) believes Polish real estate market to be very attractive and its growth rate is deemed to be higher than average. As a result of this the purchase of an office building in Wrocław is not the last investment made in Poland by the fund.
