Maris office centre in Szczecin belongs to a new owner. It is Arcona Property Fund managed by Arcona Capital. The real property has been sold by Bywater Properties for around EUR 8.9 million. Experts from TPA Poland provided advice for the transaction.
The operations of Arcona Capital concentrate on managing over 90 investment projects from the commercial and residential real estate sector in different countries through various types of funds. Besides Poland, these include the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The transaction in Szczecin increased the capitalisation of the Fund to EUR 96.8 million.
The six-storey office building in Szczecin is located on the corner of Hołdu Pruskiego and Małopolska streets. It has gross leasable area of 5,450 sq. m., and 119 underground parking spaces. It is currently used by 11 lessees.
The real estate market in Poland is in an excellent condition. Locations outside Warsaw are becoming increasingly attractive to investors. The interest covers the northern part of Poland. We are happy that we were able to provide content-based support for Arcona Capital, and thus help the fund to develop.
