Szyperska Office Center (SOC) in Poznań has a new owner – a Czech-based fund Investika OPF. It is the first investment of this fund in Poland. A team of experts from TPA Poland was the main advisor to the buyer in this deal.

The Szyperska Office Center complex was built in 2009. It is located in the center of Poznań at the intersection of Estkowskiego and Szyperska streets. It has 19,000 sqm of leasable area, of which the majority, 17,000 sqm, are offices. The building is fully let. It also has an underground parking lot and a retail and service area on the ground floor.
The buyer – Investika OFP fund – comes from the Czech Republic. It has nearly 30 real estate assets in its investment portfolio. The one in Poznan is the first in a foreign market.
