Another large investment in the Warsaw real estate market has been finalised. Europa Capital and White Star Real Estate decided to sell an office building in the centre of Polish capital – Plac Malachowskiego. The sellers were advised on financial and tax matters by experts from TPA Poland.

The office building is located in the very centre of Warsaw, at Plac Malachowskiego 2. The Zacheta Gallery, National Opera, The Grand Theatre, or The University of Warsaw are located in the vicinity of the building. The office building is composed of two buildings of a historical, restored tenement house with a new-build. This property is an excellent example of how history can be combined with modernity. This is because it has a modernist pre-war façade (completed in 1910), which was linked with a modern glass elevation of the new wing (built in 2012-2014).
