Solida Capital has purchased a modern office building West 4 Business Hub I located in Wrocław from Echo Investment. The transaction was worth nearly EUR 40 million. The buyer was advised by the TPA Poland team headed by Małgorzata Dankowska and Monika Stachurska-Waga, which provided comprehensive transaction advice and conducted tax due diligence.
The West 4 Business Hub office complex is a follow-up to the West Gate and West Link office buildings, which were built on Na Ostatnim Groszu Street in Wrocław. The West 4 Business Hub I was completed in 2021, with an area of 15,500 sqm. It is worth mentioning that West 4 Business Hub I was one of the first buildings where Echo Investment installed special anti-covid systems. They improve air quality in the building.
