Real estate market activity continues unabated. Recently, the Mokotów Plaza office building in Warsaw has found a new owner – the FLE SICAV FIS fund. Tax advisory for the transaction was provided by TPA Poland tax advisors: Monika Stachurska-Waga, Senior Manager; Małgorzata Dankowska, Partner; Mikołaj Jabłoński, Senior Consultant..
– We are proud that the investor FLE SICAV FIS has once again chosen our team as its advisor for the transaction. In the case of the investment project in the office building in the Mokotów district, we focused on comprehensive tax advisory services. Thanks to a comprehensive tax strategy developed, including outlining all the tax-related implications for the entire process, our client was able to safely make investment decisions. This approach has also proven successful in previous project of the fund, such as the acquisition of the Brama Portowa office complex located in the core center of Szczecin – said Monika Stachurska, tax advisor, Senior Manager, TPA Poland.
It is worth mentioning that the office building purchased by FLE SICAV FIS is located in the business part of Warsaw’s Służewiec district. It is located at Postępu 6 Street.
