Tensor Office Park building in Gdynia with a new owner

Czech fund Investika and Luxembourg-based private investment company Bud Holdings have acquired the Tensor Office Park building in Gdynia for more than 1 billion Czech crowns (about EUR 40.5 million/PLN 187 million). The buyer鈥檚 advisors on the transaction were the teams of TPA Poland, headed by Ma艂gorzata Dankowska and Patrycja Jefimiuk, and Baker Tilly TPA’s headed by Anita Bis and Oskar Miller.

Our combined team of advisors provided tax and financial support for the transaction, conducted tax due diligence, and handled contract analysis.

Tensor Office Park is located in Gdynia Red艂owo and consists of three buildings (X, Y and Z) with a total area of 20,075 sqm. The building is fully let. In addition, it has internal green spaces. Greenstone Asset Management acting on behalf of the owner, Dutch investor EuroEast, which acquired the property in the fourth quarter of 2017 from Inopa, was the seller.

Czech fund Investika began investing in the Polish real estate market in Q1 2021 with the acquisition of Szyperska Office Center (SOC) in Pozna艅, and has since bought two HGV gas stations (in Gda艅sk and Wroc艂aw).
